What is the key to effective order selecting?

Just like any coach would tell you: THE FUNDAMENTALS!  Navigating the warehouse.  Being able to locate items quickly. Strategizing an approach to the batch.  Matching labels to items.  And, preferred work methods.  The GOT IT! game takes new trainees through five levels of difficulty and increasing greater quantities of items while allowing them to gradually increase their physical ability to stay on their feet.

The best part about the game is that the cards are customized for the fastest turning items for each location.  And, there are no batches to print.  No errant labels circulating the floor.  And, performance can be measured and recorded against par levels set by top selectors who've already GOT IT!

How does it work?

The game is simple.  A top selector is timed placing the green cards between two cases one to two cases deep in a designated slot.  Their time is the "par" by which trainees will have to recover the cards.  The new trainees are given a batch of red cards which they must use to locate the green cards already placed on the racks.  When the selector locates the green card, they slip the green card behind the red card and flip to the next target card -- just like an active selector would do with a batch of labels!  GOT IT!  Printed on the flip side of each green card is a preferred work method which the trainee must read before inserting the card behind the red card in the sleeve -- ingraining each of the the PWM's with each retrieved card.  The Voluminant team prints and cuts cards for your specific location -- it's easy and it's engineered for the products in each location.
